      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with investigators and clinical facilities to provide administrative support for workforce development programs
      - Assist in the development and maintenance of continuing education materials and project databases
      - Coordinate team travel arrangements and manage departmental files in accordance with established guidelines
      - Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and contribute to the creation of social media and marketing materials
      - Monitor program activities and assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures to meet project goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, health sciences, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience
      - Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant, education coordinator, or research coordinator
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service and patient interactions
      - Proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams
      - Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to competing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with American Indian or Alaska Native populations
      - Background in neurosciences, aging, or dementia
      - Familiarity with communications, marketing, and graphic design
      - Experience managing externally funded research or training grants
      - Involvement in large-scale or multi-site research or education studies
