What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to enhance ezCater products and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with a full-time researcher on study design, execution, and analysis
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve user experience and product design
- Participate in multidisciplinary brainstorms and collaborative discussions with internal partners
- Learn about users, products, and market dynamics to inform research initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in data-gathering and analysis techniques across qualitative and quantitative methods
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with analytical, qualitative, and design tools
- A desire to learn and grow while navigating ambiguity and driving impact
