What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide intake and consultation services for a range of research IT solutions and platforms for investigator teams
- Facilitate connections and workflow hand-offs with various research support teams and maintain tracking systems for user requests
- Develop and maintain quality user guides and training resources for solution onboarding and support
- Coordinate user testing and feedback for new solution platforms and ensure operational excellence
- Monitor adoption and utilization of research IT solutions, identifying areas for further support or refinement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five years of related experience preferably within testing and business requirement gathering
- At least 5 years of experience with system/integration/user acceptance testing (both automated and manual)
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced Degree or multi-year lab experience in a scientific discipline
- Experience providing training and IT facilitation services
- Project management experience is desirable
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for human subject research, including HIPAA
- Proven written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with exceptional customer service abilities
