What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build comprehensive market maps for executive roles across various functions, identifying target companies and emerging leadership profiles
- Develop targeted research strategies and create actionable insights reports covering market trends and diversity benchmarks
- Source and assess high-quality passive executive candidates, crafting tailored outreach to communicate the employer's mission
- Partner with Executive Recruiters to refine search strategies and present research to VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Maintain and update executive talent pipelines using structured methodologies and uphold documentation within the ATS
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in executive recruiting research, sourcing, or talent intelligence in high-growth tech companies or executive search firms
- Proven track record in identifying and engaging senior leadership talent across multiple functions
- Hands-on experience with market mapping and creating structured candidate briefs
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS/CRM platform
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM and familiarity with AI-powered talent intelligence platforms
- Comfort presenting research to VP and C-suite stakeholders with professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through research methodologies
