What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute innovative sales strategies to surpass revenue and sales targets
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet clear sales objectives and support guests and homeowners
- Leverage lead funnel software to convert Guest Leads into Bookings and owner Leads into Clients
- Manage the sales pipeline to convert leads into loyal repeat guests
- Establish and maintain communication channels with property owners for feedback and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in sales, hospitality, front desk, hotel, and/or call centers
- Familiarity with lead tracking software and lead funnels
- Must have high-speed Wi-Fi and a quiet, professional workspace
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Knowledge of vacation rental operations and hospitality industry
