What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize revenue within assigned territory by growing top-line sales across several product lines
- Develop strategic account management approaches to identify growth opportunities
- Execute effective sales training programs focusing on brand differentiators and premium sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key store sales associates and management
- Ensure merchandising standards are met and new store setups are completed on schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Ability to travel overnight 25%-40%
- Field-based role requiring regular daily local travel
- Background in millwork or decking is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Sales or Marketing
- Understanding of the sales process and sales cycle
- Strong client and customer relationship skills
- Experience in building materials preferred
- Familiarity with quality processes
