What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train store personnel and lottery representatives on lottery equipment after installations
- Conduct site surveys and maintain retail equipment documentation
- Act as a liaison between Retail Solutions, lottery, retail, and internal customers
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair lottery equipment problems in accordance with established protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or sales
- 1-3 years of experience in the lottery industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web browsers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to travel frequently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy
- A strong curiosity and passion for learning new technologies
- Experience in conducting training sessions or presentations
