      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement education plans to increase retirement plan participation
      - Collaborate with Plan Sponsors, Advisors, and internal teams to provide education solutions
      - Conduct needs assessments to guide participants in retirement savings and payout strategies
      - Present workshops and conduct one-on-one meetings for retirement plan participants
      - Travel approximately 50% of the time for client meetings, including overnight travel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
      - Experience in personal markets, retirement planning, and educating participants
      - Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time with personal transportation
      - Licensing as an Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent) required within 5 months of employment
      - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on retirement planning and risk-based products
      - Bilingual in Spanish
