What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and produce meaningful data using MySQL, Alteryx, Excel, Access, and some VBA/Python programming languages
- Extract, clean, and validate data from new and existing clients
- Develop and configure tools and workflows for analyzing revenue cycle data
- Communicate issues and present solutions while maintaining documentation records
- Validate, analyze, and provide reporting for both internal and external data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
- Familiarity with a programming language (MySQL/Python preferred)
- Experience with MS Office 365 Suite and data visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data analysis tools
- Strong aptitude for researching and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal/external customers
- Skills in translating technical requirements for a non-technical audience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple deadlines
