What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver products to customers while maximizing sales opportunities through additional product offerings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Plan and execute daily route schedules to service all accounts as required
- Manage warehouse inventory and load products for delivery
- Conduct routine inspections of the company vehicle and communicate operational updates to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED (post-high school studies preferred)
- Experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD)
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a DOT-certified truck up to 16 feet in length
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT Medical Physical and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of sales strategies and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible schedules as needed
