      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source new clients through cold calling and social media prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas
      - Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, setting up in-person meetings with decision makers
      - Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads while building relationships
      - Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives, including cold calls and closed deals
      - Manage all sales activity and follow up in the CRM system (Salesforce)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with cold-calling experience in financial and marketing services
      - Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss fees and finances confidently
      - Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills
      - High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM systems
