What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound sales calls and follow up with prospective pet parents
- Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system
- Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
- Communicate effectively and professionally over the phone and via email
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
