What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own Salesforce pipeline management, ensuring data hygiene and accurate deal stage reporting
- Track marketing attribution, lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Build and maintain AI-powered marketing workflows for content generation and campaign automation
- Develop product marketing content and manage go-to-market strategies for module launches
- Monitor competitor positioning and maintain competitive intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Daily working use of AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce administration, including pipeline management and reporting
- Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple workstreams without close supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in device repair, reverse logistics, or recommerce industries
- Familiarity with AI marketing agent or automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Clay)
- Product marketing experience for technical or platform products
- Familiarity with WordPress and Google Analytics 4
