      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute sales strategy aligned with sustainability goals and develop action plans
      - Manage implementation of pricing strategy and customer roadmap
      - Build and maintain relationships in the assigned territory and implement customer feedback
      - Deliver sales and distribution targets while monitoring competitor activities
      - Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to ensure their development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in area/segment management and crisis handling
      - Strong skills in proposal generation, sales call planning, and facilitation
      - Proficiency in sales forecasting and digital sales fluency
      - Ability to manage relationships with distribution partners
      - Experience in customer service and the buying/selling process
