      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research to identify target companies and key decision-makers
      - Perform outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and social media
      - Establish and maintain relationships with prospects to generate interest
      - Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs, pain points, and business objectives
      - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and share insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or SaaS environments
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle objections and demonstrate resilience in outreach efforts
      - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Public sector experience is an advantage
