      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while managing core people-management responsibilities
      - Lead daily sales execution across all service lines with accountability for revenue targets
      - Ensure strong execution of inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting
      - Partner with leadership on forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
      - Engage in high-value customer interactions to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
      - 7-10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
      - 5+ years of experience leading a sales team with proven success in driving sales performance
      - Strong understanding of inbound/outbound sales motions and how to optimize both
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
      - Experience implementing structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
      - NetSuite experience
      - Proven ability to drive sales execution and deliver consistent pipeline growth
      - Strong problem-solving and deal-management capabilities
