What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop market-specific sponsorship strategies in collaboration with local sales teams and agencies in Japan, France, and the U.S.
- Manage international sponsorship pipelines, forecasting, and revenue tracking across markets
- Participate in high-value sales conversations and negotiations to drive deal momentum
- Collaborate with product, creative, and event teams to align partnership solutions with operational realities
- Lead pitch presentations and ensure partnership delivery aligns with intent and expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnership development, or commercial roles within gaming, esports, or adjacent entertainment categories
- Deep understanding of the sponsorship sales process from discovery through negotiation and closing
- Proven experience managing external sales agencies and working across international markets, preferably in APAC and Europe
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to evaluate market performance and opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, project management, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in gaming, esports, creator ecosystems, or live competitive events
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with high proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
