      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Representatives focused on K–12 tutoring programs
      - Establish and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with revenue goals
      - Design sales playbooks and territory strategies to drive pipeline generation
      - Conduct business reviews to evaluate performance and market opportunities
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 7–10+ years of successful B2B or EdTech sales experience, with 3–5 years in a management or director-level role
      - Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed multimillion-dollar revenue targets
      - Deep knowledge of K–12 district operations and academic intervention programs
      - Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM-driven forecasting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading sales teams within tutoring, intervention, or academic support
      - Strong collaboration experience with Product, Operations, and Client Success teams
      - Familiarity with RFP leadership, state contracting, and complex procurement cycles
