      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement sales incentive programs and initiatives to drive growth
      - Manage budgeting, spend, and ROI for sales-related programs and events
      - Collaborate with marketing to create effective communication plans for initiatives
      - Provide logistical support for key organizational events and training programs
      - Oversee annual agent award programs, including vendor negotiations and fulfillment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of related experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of event planning and management experience
      - Strong organizational skills to manage overlapping projects
      - Proficiency in Excel, CVent, and Microsoft Office
      - Ability to travel for events as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Business Administration
      - 5+ years of event planning and management experience
