What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and execute the CRM and Sales Data Audit process to set standards
- Manage report requests and consolidate sales data to support system integrity and performance
- Provide reporting to sales regarding lost business, new opportunities, and account onboarding
- Conduct CRM system and process training for the sales team
- Assist with key projects and initiatives that drive overall sales growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Prior experience with CRM systems, creating reports, and managing users
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including Powerpivot, VBA, and Powerquery
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project)
