      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth by increasing orders for Prolaris, MyRisk, and BRACAnalysis CDx tests
      - Target sales efforts towards urologists, urologic oncologists, and affiliated pathologists
      - Lead customer conversations to enhance understanding of practice value and economic drivers
      - Educate physicians on prostate cancer risk assessment and treatment options
      - Maintain a high level of scientific and medical knowledge to support sales efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare services
      - Experience in the urology and/or urologic oncology therapeutic area preferred
      - Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
      - Knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy ethics
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record according to employer's policy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with molecular diagnostics and genetic testing
      - Proven track record of integrity and ethical sales practices
      - Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting
      - Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs and feedback
      - Previous experience working with hospital systems and large medical practices
