What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute promotions for accounts in both On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores)
- Improve product visibility by building displays and resetting coolers
- Conduct educational sessions for waitstaff and bartenders to drive brand awareness
- Participate in sampling events and festivals to promote brands
- Learn about the sales process and the Boston Beer Company portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a registered and insured vehicle with the ability to drive to accounts continuously
- Must be able to work nights and weekends throughout the summer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for the alcoholic beverage industry and sales
- Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the beverage sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
