- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Nurture the relationship with our BPO partner to ensure effective collaboration and maximizing the value of the partnership.
- Drive the expansion of the program by identifying new service offerings, exploring additional markets and leveraging their expertise and resources while identifying areas for optimization, best practices and enhanced service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, to ensure seamless execution of the BPO program.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, performance metrics to track progress and provide insights to our senior management and c-suite.
- Proven track record of success in sales, and have led not only managers and sales team but also their supporting team ( solution engineers, etc.)
- Proven leader with a strong ability to assemble, drive performance, inspire and motivate pursuit team members.
- Executive presence and an ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
- Proven experience in managing complex programs or partnerships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring and strategic planning.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the BPO services, market dynamics and industry trends.
- Previous experience working in New Business Sales.
- Previous experience selling POS systems is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the retail and hospitality sectors, including their specific POS system requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience with MEDDICC, BANT, and Challenger sales methodologies is a plus.
