What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, prepare, and process proposals and contracts, ensuring documents are complete and ready for signature
- Review contracts for compliance with SOX and SOC1-related requirements and coordinate countersignature processing
- Calculate and validate bookings and annual revenue to support accurate revenue recognition
- Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular reviews and reporting
- Identify and document opportunities for productivity improvements and implement process enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a related operations role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Salesforce is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
