      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain business relationships with prospective and current customers to drive new sales
      - Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
      - Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products
      - Participate in trade shows, conventions, and industry-related associations to promote products
      - Deliver professional sales presentations to multiple decision-makers and prepare bids and price quotes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of outside sales or account management experience
      - Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
