What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match customers with the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
- Represent the employer's brand positively while engaging with customers.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, whether in-office or remote, adapting to varied environments and schedules.
- Participate in a structured training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to close sales.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in typing and PC skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
