      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory
      - Achieve sales performance goals as specified in the sales/quota plan
      - Conduct presentations to individuals and large groups of customers on products and company programs
      - Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide field intelligence on market trends and changes
      - Maintain open lines of communication with various departments to achieve corporate goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue segment
      - Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities
      - Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and plan sales strategies
