      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with new inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and SMS
      - Conduct follow-ups consistently with prospects to nurture leads
      - Learn and confidently sell a variety of services offered by the employer
      - Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales deals
      - Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales with new clients
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level)
      - Proficiency in Russian to effectively communicate with the majority of clients
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar sales role within the immigration consulting industry
      - Familiarity with using call tracking metrics for sales performance
      - Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
