What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new production staff during their onboarding and early production
- Guide Loan Officers through systems, workflows, and daily expectations
- Track common questions, identify gaps in onboarding, and provide feedback to Production Support and Training
- Support initial and ongoing adoption of sales technologies and workflows through coaching
- Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities to decrease turn times and improve data quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant
- Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Encompass and Mortgage Coach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
