      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 70+ users
      - Perform business analysis to scope, refine, and manage incoming feature requests
      - Deliver enhancements to user-facing features, including dashboards and automation
      - Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for platform-wide upgrades
      - Develop strong relationships with end users to improve adoption and platform ownership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
      - Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification
      - Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Salesforce administrator
      - Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform Administrator II Certification or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
      - Basic familiarity with Apex and integration with Dynamics 365
      - Intermediate to expert level Flow skills
      - Proven project management and business analysis experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
