What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce
- Lead technical design decisions and solution architecture discussions
- Write, test, analyze, and deploy high-quality, scalable code aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong experience designing and building custom Lightning applications
- Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II (highly preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Health Cloud
- Experience with PMD and Salesforce Code Analyzer for static code analysis and security scanning
- CTI integrations (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and automated deployments
- Mobile application development using Salesforce Mobile SDK
