What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement scalable software solutions using Salesforce technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce implementations and drive best practices
- Maintain clear documentation for code, designs, and processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Mentor and coach junior software engineers on best practices in software development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
- Formal engineering certification on a cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Certification in containerization technology (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws
