Job Description

- Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce workflows, validation rules, formulas, process builders, page layouts, custom fields, and objects.
- Managing user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Creating custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Integrating Salesforce with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other healthcare applications.
- Ensuring data quality through data cleansing, deduplication, and import/export processes.
- Managing data security and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- User Support and Training:
- Providing ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing technical issues, and troubleshooting problems.
- Developing and delivering training materials to educate users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- System Maintenance and Optimization:
- Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Staying up-to-date on Salesforce releases and Health Cloud updates, implementing new features and functionality as needed.
- Managing connected apps, authentication providers, and other system configurations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including care coordinators, clinicians, business users, and IT teams.
- Gathering requirements, communicating updates, and facilitating problem-solving sessions.
- Working with product teams to align Salesforce with business goals and objectives.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred, and Health Cloud or Advanced Administrator certifications are highly desirable.
