What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver implementation and support of SAP FICO modules while ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Manage end-to-end project deliverables including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, training, and production support
- Transform business requirements into technical specifications and ensure compliance with IT policies
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Develop and maintain system and business process documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 10+ years of SAP FICO experience
- At least 2 complete project life cycles implementing SAP in a complex, global organization
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Reporting, and related tools
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles and activities
- Ability to communicate complex functional design ideas verbally and via design mock-ups
- A positive outlook and strong attention to detail
- Experience in agile frameworks for software development
