      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to patient inquiries regarding bills for both hospital and physician accounts via phone, mail, email, and in person
      - Access relevant vendor applications and databases to assist in resolving patient inquiries
      - Handle walk-in patient inquiries on-site and document all actions in the billing system
      - Perform insurance eligibility checks, account adjustments, and establish payment plans
      - Complete daily statistic summary reports and attend required meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
      - Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
      - Strong computer skills and excellent customer service abilities
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to effectively interact with the public and healthcare professionals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or with medical billing processes
      - Additional certifications related to healthcare or customer service
      - Familiarity with revenue cycle processes
      - Bilingual skills to assist a diverse patient population
