      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate interpreting and captioning requests while managing scheduling logistics
      - Communicate regularly with clients and service providers to ensure smooth operations
      - Recruit and onboard interpreters, captioners, and other accessibility providers
      - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation
      - Provide general administrative support and assist with creative projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (preferred)
      - Experience in accessibility or interpreter scheduling (preferred)
      - Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management
      - Must be located in the St. Louis Metro Area
      - Ability to participate in video calls with camera on

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active security clearance
      - Experience in marketing and recruiting
      - Proficiency in remote work tools and technologies
