      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule patient appointments according to physician-specific guidelines
      - Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information
      - Provide one-call resolution for scheduling and non-scheduling inquiries
      - Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests
      - Achieve and maintain quality and service goals related to contact center metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
      - Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple programs and monitors
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while adhering to organization policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a patient contact center or similar healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and healthcare workflows
      - Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork experience
      - Ability to train and assist new hires
