      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the voice of the employer, sharing compelling narratives about the camper experience with families and potential clients
      - Manage customer accounts and support the scholarship program using Salesforce, Talkdesk, Google Suite, and other office tools
      - Respond to a high volume of inquiries via email and phone, ensuring exceptional service and accuracy
      - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and partnership-based enrollments, resolving issues with empathy
      - Collaborate with external partnerships to ensure exceptional customer service through clear communication and streamlined processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry role
      - Detail-oriented with a professional, enthusiastic, and warm presence
      - Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
      - Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required)
