What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively sell single-game tickets, group packages, and season memberships for events across multiple venues
- Engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the ticket sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Represent the organization at games, events, and community outreach initiatives to promote ticketing opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sports management, or related field is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for engaging with people
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and access to a personal computer or laptop
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM software, ticketing platforms, or event coordination is a plus
- An interest in volleyball or the sports industry is beneficial
