      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and oversee financial systems, processes, protocols, and procedures
      - Prepare timely financial statements and manage audits and compliance activities
      - Develop and forecast budgets while providing financial concierge services to projects
      - Monitor and control cash flow, including managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
      - Collaborate with various departments to support strategic planning and process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an AACSB accredited institution
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
      - Strong/advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and V-Lookups
      - Advanced accounting experience, including journal entry skills (debits and credits)
      - Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Accounting
      - Experience working with nonprofit organizations
      - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced general ledger software
      - Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role
      - Knowledge of federal and state grant application and reporting
