      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary authority for core financial applications, providing daily production support and leading system configurations
      - Analyze current accounting processes, recommending system-based solutions to improve accuracy and strengthen internal controls
      - Lead financial system projects, including new module implementations and system upgrades, while coordinating with technical teams
      - Develop and complete test plans for system changes to ensure functionality meets business requirements
      - Design and maintain complex financial reports and dashboards to support business needs and decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in a similar role, such as financial systems analyst or accounting systems administrator
      - Advanced proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics)
      - Strong understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP) and financial processes
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis
      - Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls as they relate to financial systems
      - Demonstrable experience with financial reporting and business intelligence (BI) tools
      - Proven project management and organizational skills
      - A collaborative approach dedicated to helping customers
