What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive qualified pipeline and bookings for Custom AI Companion and vertical AI products across enterprise, government, and commercial accounts
- Design outcome-focused AI implementation proposals that map current processes and define AI-augmented workflows
- Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify high-value AI use cases in IT, customer experience, and operations
- Lead customer workshops and executive briefings that convert interest into production deployments
- Create field-ready assets, including solution decks and vertical playbooks, while providing structured product feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI consulting with enterprise customers
- Working knowledge of generative AI concepts, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation
- Ability to design and explain solution architectures that integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party enterprise systems
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for senior business and IT audiences
- Proven collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced prompt engineering skills and understanding of frontier model behavior across platforms like OpenAI and NVidia
- Experience prototyping solutions using Python or similar tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or cloud AI services
