      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, build, and maintain sophisticated predictive models using Python, SQL, and AI Foundry
      - Conduct detailed analyses of utilization, cost patterns, and value-based care program performance
      - Develop and optimize analytical datasets and create user-friendly Power BI dashboards
      - Use AI Foundry to automate reporting and enhance data pipelines
      - Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance teams to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Economics, Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of analytics experience in healthcare, healthcare economics, or value-based care
      - Strong proficiency in SQL with at least 2 years of experience and knowledge of Python
      - Experience working with healthcare claims, EHR data, or Medicare/MA/ACO datasets
      - Proven ability to develop predictive models or machine learning applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Power BI and AI Foundry or other advanced AI/ML platforms
      - Familiarity with senior living, ACOs, risk-bearing entities, or post-acute care
