What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop high-level business designs, including business requirements, service blueprints, and standardized definitions
- Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with key stakeholders to define and validate business requirements
- Analyze data to assess the impact of proposed changes and drive continuous improvements
- Plan and manage projects to ensure alignment with broader organizational programs
- Champion high-quality design activities and establish metrics to track business impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business analysis, or business architecture
- Strong analytical and technical skills in business analysis
- Proven experience managing projects with multiple internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, including creating and delivering expert-level presentations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive improvements independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in strategic thinking and influencing organizational change
- Familiarity with end-to-end business processes and business design
- Background in a large software or business information company
