What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex data models by integrating data from multiple sources
- Conduct research and reporting on financial and accounting inquiries for the division
- Communicate regularly with product leaders regarding reporting needs
- Collaborate with product managers to gather and define business requirements
- Develop dashboards and management reports to aid strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, analysis, and decision support
- Expertise in analyzing complex data and communicating findings effectively
- Proven ability to create dashboards and utilize data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Master’s degree in Data Science or Business Analytics
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Experience in financial planning and strategy decision-making
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
