      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a Senior Clinical Research Specialist supporting the execution of clinical trials and ensuring compliance with timelines and milestones
      - Oversee feasibility, selection, setup, conduct, and closure of clinical trials in accordance with regulations and company procedures
      - Manage and track investigational devices and trial materials, ensuring proper accountability
      - Collaborate with clinical trial sites, IRBs, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate trial progress
      - Review clinical data to prepare for statistical analyses and publications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science; Advanced Degree strongly preferred
      - At least 4+ years of relevant field-based Clinical Research experience beyond monitoring and/or lab work
      - Strong understanding of clinical research processes, trends, and global trial regulations
      - Proven experience in supporting clinical projects in a clinical/surgical research setting
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Combination of CRO and In-House experience
      - Medical device experience highly desired
      - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCRA, CCRC, CCRP, RAC)
      - Strong presentation and technical writing skills
      - Ability to travel approximately 20-25% depending on project needs
