What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to achieve sales and customer service objectives
- Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on AFS products and related procedures
- Collaborate with sales representatives and account managers to address issues and promote product usage
- Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%
- Ability to work within assigned territory and respond to unscheduled needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Completion of a pacing school or ATI-like training program
- Local candidates or those with prior experience at the employer will be given preference
