What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients, ensuring effective use of company products
- Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and in-service education
- Meet with clients to identify their clinical needs and provide tailored solutions using company products
- Collaborate with local territory management to share insights on account issues and opportunities
- Lead complex case reviews and develop educational content for internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science
- Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant) required
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in interventional and structural cardiology
- Minimum 3 years of medical device experience in a commercial role related to structural heart
- Extensive experience in the cath lab environment or as a scrub nurse/tech for structural heart procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a structural heart clinical specialist or in a similar role
- Experience in providing clinical education and training to staff members
- Familiarity with the vascular closure market and products
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage schedules effectively
- Knowledge of MS Office systems
