      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to meet with clients and assess their clinical needs related to patient care
      - Provide case coverage and clinical support for company products, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
      - Educate customers on the latest advancements in products, therapies, and technologies
      - Lead and develop content for clinical discussions and support complex case reviews
      - Communicate effectively with the local territory manager regarding account information and product inventory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science
      - Medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical settings, particularly in interventional and structural cardiology
      - At least 3 years of medical device experience in a commercial role related to structural heart
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on clinical education and support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a structural heart clinical specialist or equivalent role
      - Familiarity with the cardiac cath lab environment as a scrub nurse or technologist
      - Experience providing clinical education and training to staff members
      - Knowledge of the medical device market and customer base in the territory
      - Emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
