      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage construction schedules for various projects
      - Conduct forensic analysis of project schedules and construction costs
      - Perform schedule delay analysis to identify causes and resolve claims
      - Communicate findings effectively regarding project changes and delays
      - Maintain job files and documentation while interfacing with clients and contractors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent field preferred
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing projects within the construction or engineering industry
      - Proficiency in Oracle Primavera 6 or similar project management software
      - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
      - Experience using critical path method (CPM) techniques for schedule analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - EIT or PE, PMP, and PSP certifications are considered a plus
      - Experience with Microsoft Project and ASTA PowerPoint
      - Previous experience with builder's risk insurance policies and claims management
